Recruitment efforts encompass a wide range of job skills and our well-trained employment specialists are aware of current industry concerns and the qualifications necessary for success in the Bay Area work force.
Next Step is able to offer up to a 50% wage reimbursement to employers during an On-the Job Training period (OJT) for qualified candidates, and can provide general information and assistance with the Targeted Jobs Tax Credit (TJTC), the California Jobs Tax Credit (CJTC), and the 1990 Americans With Disabilities Act.
In addition to full-time or part-time employment, Next Step can also provide employers with candidates for short-term or long-term assignments.
